Hello, My name is Janine Stratford ,

My focus is to support leaders in being role models for others, to lead with clarity and confidence and being both consistent and considered in their approach and interactions. I place great value and importance in incorporating coaching into daily interactions so it becomes the foundation of their leadership style.

I work with school leaders across Australia and New Zealand, delivering leadership programs, coach-training programs and individual coaching to leaders from first-time leaders right through to Principals.

Whether you are aspiring, stepping into leadership, or experiencing challenges in a new or current leadership role, through coaching and/or leadership programs, I will assist you to be clear, confident, consistent and considered, the four key traits of a great leader. I develop leaders as role models to trust, revere and follow.
