For  example how to prepare for the "uptick" when it comes, or how to nurture their customers, or to improve their customer experience in today's environment, or how stand out as the provider of choice. 

"How does the session work?" 

We have run these sessions many times over the last 5 years and they are similar to a mastermind of think tank.

The format is as follows. 

We address the first 6 burning business questions and as a group provide feedback and coaching you for 8 minutes to allow for time to address each issue.

"What are the benefits?" 

We know your time matters.  This session is  provided in your membership to CONNECT Members to quickly help you make some decisions with  support and assistance from experienced business owners who work 1:1 with  others in strategy, mentoring and connection.

You will  come away with more clarity and focus from your 7 minutes in the HOT SEAT answering your question PLUS  you will learn from listening , reflecting, reviewing and re-framing the experiences of others and applying to your business 

Just listening and participating, even if you do not have a question is valuable as you reflect on your own approach to the issues raised. Benefit from the sharing of knowledge and experience, you do not have to do it alone! And let's remind you that a problem shared is a problem halved.
