YTM "Think Tanks" are a facilitated series of small group workshops sessions, designed for “Making your business Bigger and Better”. (Booked in a block of three)
Session two- group started 12 July.
Leigh Powell, Business Strategist and Mentor, facilitates the sessions which tease out some of the issues and ideas you have around your business in a likeminded group of business owners who can offer up and sharethoughts on your Proposition, how to find target markets, the collateral and evidence you have to demonstrate you can solve a client’s problem and more.
Session: 1 Wed 12th July, 6-8.15pm
Session 2: Wed 15th August, 6-8.15pm
Session 3 :Wed 5th September, 6-8.15pm.
The design of TT is to dig a little deeper into business related problem solving by sharing and storytelling and by so doing leveraging the unique 150+ years of experience we have in the room.
You will receive some prompts for you to prepare in advance for these sessions to get the most from them.
Small group conversations where you get the chance to really dig deep into your business challenges and gain from the experience of likeminded business owners.
The format includes
- opening activity around the theme
- 10 mins each: Discuss with/ask questions of the TT group
- commitment to action before the next sesssion, keeping you accountable.
